ESMEA stands for Enacted Science and Mathematics through Astronomy. It is a project coordinated by LDAR/UCP. ESMEA has been initiated through the MRSEI program of the French National Research Agency (ANR).

The first ever exoplanetaire, a human Orrery of an exoplanet, has been realised by Pr Rollinde at the Institut d'Astrophysique de Paris, through the call DIM-ACAV of Observatoire de Paris-Meudon and "Region Ile de France". The ESMEA team was present for the inauguration !

The LDAR funds a transportable lighter version of the Human Orrery that may be used for conferences, public events, and for activities involving inner planets and one Comet only (see here for a listing of Human Orreries). The design has been made by F. Recher (IREM de Lille)
The LDAR Human Orrery was used for a public event at la Sorbonne (Paris) organised by the CARDIE (an official partner to accompany educationnal innovations).
12 years-old children of the school Pailleron, Paris, made a choregraphy in front of different educational policy makers of Paris academy.
